With over 18 years of teaching environmental science, Allan is more than a fitness coach—he's a passionate educator and holistic health advocate. His personal transformation, losing nearly 100 pounds as a working father of four, helped shape his approach to coaching others and his practical tips can be applied to even the busiest lifestyle.
Our group provides a safe, confidential space for members to share their experiences and learn from one another. Through open discussions, members often find comfort in knowing they're not alone in their struggles. This shared understanding fosters a sense of connection and mutual support. Fitness Coaching is not a substitute for physician's care and not should be considered medical or therapeutic treatment.

No minimum fitness level is required to start training, but it is important that you be cleared by your physician if you are over 65 or have heart, bone, or breathing problems. We will assess your starting point and create a safe and sustainable plan to help you achieve your goals together.
The duration and intensity of a coaching program varies based on your individual needs. Typically, three to six months will allow us to see substantial changes and lasting results, but improvement is often noted after just the first few weeks.
Our coaching methods are rooted in evidence-based practices and are informed by the latest research in health and wellness. Additionally, we use a client-coach portal created by the National Academy of Sports Medicine to provide safe and sustainable workouts and menus that you can follow and review for life.
Revive White Rock is zero-fee based service, and you will not be invoiced for coaching sessions. We are gratuity based, and we ask that you consider the value of the services received and share as you are able.
